It's obvious that in today's world, many people have digital cameras.
The common thought by most is 'They must be a photographer since they
have a camera.'. Truth of the matter is that there is much more that
goes into making a visually appealing image then just 'point & shoot'.
Sadly enough... I've heard many horror stories from people who have
had a 'friend of a friend' take photos of their event, their family
pics, their senior pics 'etc...' for $30.00 and absolutely hated them.
Most of the time resulting in having even more time and money spent
for a re-shoot and having delays in deadlines, announcements, 'etc...'.
Why would you want to put yourself through that ? There is an old saying
'You get what you pay for'.
Over the years... I've been able to involve my photography with some
of the most recognized events the state of MN has to offer. In turn...
those events are helped being recognized as per my photography. Although
much of my past has been with event based photography, I'm looking to
broaden my photography into every day consumer and commercial areas
while providing the excellence of a quality finished product.
Proofs & Photo Sessions: All of our proofs are
done via a digital process. After your shoot, your photos will be added
to a protected area on the website where you can view them. This is
done as it's not only a time saver for you, but it also helps reduce
cost and is a lesser impact on the environment. I shoot in more of a
non-traditional way then most local photographers do. Many will provide
a sitting and take 10 to 20 photos in one outfit during a 15 - 20 min
time span. The turn around on that means you only get 10 - 20 proofs
to choose from for your final image. Your image can & should be
more then just a 'canned' pose that most photographers will photograph
each of their clients in during the 15 - 20 min's. It's my philosophy
to treat each 'sitting' as more of a 'shoot' and I allot an hour for
each basic shoot. Think about this for a moment... look at the magazine
on your table. The photos of that set was not taken in 10 - 20 frames.
Time & thought were put into taking a large verity of frames to
create the image you see. I can guarantee you that each pose you see
in that magazine layout had several different frames taken in order
to have maximum output. During our shoot... we will work with different
poses, different POV's and other aspects all geared to not only give
you an vast array of looks for an image that is diverse as you are,
but also provide a large number of proofs for you to choose from.
· Weddings: Custom packages to fit what you are
looking for ranging from something simple through elaborate. The only
determination is what YOU want for quality keepsakes of your special
day. Video services can also be provided.
· La Quinceañera: A fantastic time honored
tradition deserves quality imagery for keepsake. Custom packages can
include happenings at Church Services, Banquet Hall 'or other location'
as well as sitting with the Guest of Honor, Her Court & Family.
Video services can also be provided.
· Family Portraits: Couples, Kids, Entire Family,
Pregnancy, Birth Photos 'etc..'. No matter if you are wanting updated
items to send to Grandma or looking for Holiday photos for friends &
family.
· Senior Portraits: Locations of your choice...
not where we'd like to shoot you at.
· Modeling & Head Shots: Update your portfolio
or collaborate on a themed shoot to add some pizzazz.
· Events: The end result of the event imagery speaks
for itself. Contact with your event details for specifics.
· Commercial Photography: Imagery that will not
only showcase your product, but also reflect the excellence that your
brand is.
Finished Works: Our finished
works are available in verity of ways to help you share your imagery
with ease.
· Prints: All of the finished prints are done in
the highest quality lab environment. At no time will our studio ever
furnish you with an 'at home ink-jet' for your finished product. Like
the custom packages offered, our prints are available to you in the
same custom fashion. The choice of how many of what size prints you
want should be your choice, not what's available for you to chose from
on the menu on the wall of the local photo lab. Print sizes range from
Wallets on up. A listing of our print sizes and other information about
our print offerings can be found on our 'Prints' page.
· Digital Disk: Your digital disk can be in CD
or DVD format.
· Photoshows / Slideshows: Again... available on
CD or DVD format. The shows can be as simple as basic showcase of your
imagery to something more advanced to music with cues or even involving
video clips. The shows are available in different viewing formats and
can be uploaded to any personal website, myspace or facebook social
networking page to share with your friends and family.
· Web Ready: The imagery will be set at a smaller
size & dpi for easy uploading to any personal website, myspace or
facebook social networking page to share with your friends and family.
· Customs: Custom work can be done in-house from
your imagery to create any type of Invite, Card or other creation you
have in mind.
